Explain where people spend their time
Identify the main work or activity areas and whether users can reach existing indoor restrooms. A single convenient delivery position may leave another group with an impractical walk. Discuss whether separate locations would make the setup more usable.
Check each proposed service route
Separate locations also mean separate access questions. Describe gates, unpaved approaches and areas that may be blocked during normal activity. The provider must review whether equipment can be maintained at each position throughout the rental.
Keep location records clear
Assign a recognizable location description to each unit or group of units. That helps when reporting depleted supplies, access problems or a pickup request. Tell the rental team about changes in use before adding people or moving equipment, and confirm what the provider can arrange for the actual dates.
