Report a service problem with practical details
Describe the affected unit, location, issue and when it was noticed. Explain whether access is still available. If equipment is damaged, tipped or unsafe to use, keep people away and contact the provider for instructions; do not try to lift or repair it yourself.
Ask before changing location or demand
Contact the team if attendance grows, a crew expands or the entrance moves. Ask whether extra equipment or a revised service schedule is appropriate. Changes remain subject to review and should be agreed before they are treated as part of the order.
Make extensions and collection explicit
Request more time before the agreed rental period ends. When finished, request pickup and confirm the access window, site contact and any gate changes. Neither an unused unit nor a project completion date proves that collection has been arranged.
Review invoices against the agreement
Keep the quote, order confirmation and approved changes together. Identify the specific line or period you want clarified. Fees, cancellation terms, refunds and remedies depend on the actual agreement; this website does not create a universal policy or guaranteed response time.
