Look at the whole approach
Explain slopes, soft ground, surface changes and overhead restrictions to the supplier. The delivery vehicle, the placed unit and its users all have different access needs. Ask for a site-specific review before committing to a position simply because it is visually convenient.
Include accessible use in the layout
A wider cabin cannot fix a difficult route to its entrance. Discuss a firm, stable approach, maneuvering space and handwashing access with the responsible property planner. Keep temporary signs, bins and barriers outside those areas after setup.
Keep a workable alternative
If the preferred position becomes unsuitable, contact the provider and property manager before moving equipment. For event enquiries, share the venue’s permitted delivery and collection windows. For worksite use, explain future changes to grading, fencing or storage that could affect service access.
