Use the vendor entrance, not the visitor directions
When the property has separate public and service entrances, explain which route a delivery vehicle may use. Ask whether arrival must be scheduled or a contact must meet the driver. Give those instructions through the rental team; keep access codes out of public notes.
Check the available setup space
Temporary facilities should not obstruct guest movement, loading activity or required access routes. Discuss the proposed position with the property manager before choosing a cabin or trailer. The equipment must remain serviceable after other vendors have finished setting up.
Confirm the equipment and access together
A trailer request should include utility and maneuvering questions early. A cabin request still needs level placement, an accessible approach where needed and a handwashing plan. Property permission, supplier availability and delivery timing are separate confirmations; none follows automatically from submitting this website’s form.
