Describe the normal week and its exceptions
Tell the provider who uses the equipment, opening or working hours and any days with higher demand. Mention permanent restroom access and planned changes in headcount. The service arrangement should reflect use rather than an assumed universal schedule.
Assign responsibility for access
Identify who opens a gate, keeps the vehicle approach clear and notices supply or equipment concerns. Share access changes before the next visit. A parked vehicle or moved storage area can prevent servicing even when the address has not changed.
Review the rental before it runs on
Ask how the actual billing period, extensions and extra visits work. Keep approved changes with the order record. When the facilities are no longer needed, request collection and confirm the provider’s access instead of treating an estimated end date as an automatic pickup instruction.
