Equipment and duration set the starting point
Confirm the category, quantity and any selected features. Accessible units, handwashing and restroom trailers serve different needs and should be identified explicitly. Give both the use dates and the access windows for delivery and collection.
Service visits and site access affect the arrangement
Ask which cleaning, restocking or replenishment visits are included. Explain restrictions that may affect delivery or servicing, such as gates, scheduled vendor access or a remote position within a large property. Request clarification of any site-specific charges rather than assuming they are included.
Check how changes will be handled
Read the actual terms for extensions, extra equipment, missed access, cancellations and pickup requests. Billing periods are not necessarily calendar months. If your plans are uncertain, ask how to update the order before agreeing to it.
Keep a written record of the agreed rental
The proposal should identify applicable taxes, delivery and collection arrangements, equipment and planned services. Keep approved changes with that record and raise invoice questions using the order details. We do not publish numeric rates because a generic figure cannot describe every address and rental.
