Start with the type of use
A crew using facilities through a workday needs a different discussion from guests arriving for a reception. Share attendance, hours, shifts and the indoor restrooms that remain open. Then consider whether the rental is filling a small gap or providing the site’s main restroom access.
Compare cabins, upgrades and trailers
A standard cabin offers a straightforward self-contained option. Upgraded units may offer different interior features, but those must be confirmed for the actual model. Trailers introduce a separate review of vehicle access, setup space and utilities.
Accessible restrooms and handwashing should be considered alongside every category, not left until the other equipment is chosen. Ask how the proposed setup works for all intended users.
Review delivery and service constraints
Explain gates, soft ground, slopes, overhead obstacles and any restricted delivery window. A unit that fits after placement still needs an appropriate delivery and maintenance route. Have the provider assess the details instead of relying on generic dimensions.
Move from an enquiry to a confirmed arrangement
Request an itemized proposal, review the equipment and responsibilities, and agree the delivery, servicing and collection plan. Website submission alone does not confirm stock, a booking or payment. Keep changes in writing as the project develops.
