Do not order by the word deluxe alone
Suppliers use upgrade labels differently. Ask whether the unit is flushing or non-flushing, whether it contains a sink and what other interior fittings are provided. A model name or an equipment photograph is more useful than assuming a label means the same thing everywhere.
Match the choice to your users
For guests at a longer outdoor occasion, interior convenience may matter more than at a short work shift. For a site where permanent facilities are unavailable, service frequency and reliable access may be the bigger concerns. Explain both the intended use and any expectations about appearance.
Compare the complete setup
A cabin with a sink still needs a plan for water and supplies. A flushing feature can introduce different servicing requirements. Ask what is included, how the unit is maintained and what you should report during the rental.
If guests need trailer-style facilities, compare that option separately. Trailers may require more placement space and specific utility arrangements; an upgraded cabin should not be represented as offering identical facilities.
Confirm delivery access and the proposal
Discuss the surface, entrance and route to the proposed position. Ask for the chosen equipment description and included services in the written quote so that an attractive category name does not leave practical questions unanswered.
