Count the facilities guests can actually use
Ask the venue which permanent restrooms are open during your event, whether other groups share them and how far they are from the activity. A nearby building is not useful if it will be locked. Include staff, vendors and volunteers when explaining demand.
Design a route, not just a restroom corner
Place facilities where guests can find them without walking through catering work or delivery traffic. Keep queues from spilling across accessible paths. Discuss lighting for evening use and an appropriate accessible approach with the venue.
Add handwashing to the layout early. Locating it after the tents and seating are fixed can leave a cramped or inconvenient arrangement.
Separate your event schedule from the delivery window
Provide the time facilities must be ready and the period when vendors may enter. Setup may need to happen before guests arrive, and collection may not be possible immediately after the final activity. Get the agreed arrangement in the proposal.
Check the venue’s approval process
Kissimmee publishes event and park-rental information. Use the correct city, county or private-venue process for the actual property; a rental enquiry does not replace event approval. Ask who signs off on restroom quantity, placement and any utility connections.
