Describe how the crowd moves
Show where queues, stages, food areas and exits will be. A large site may benefit from several restroom locations so that one corner does not become the only destination. Include staff and vendors who need access before and after public opening hours.
Account for repeat use over a long day
Tell the rental team how long visitors stay and whether attendance changes throughout the day. Multiple days introduce servicing and supply requirements that differ from a short gathering. Ask the responsible event planner to review the proposed quantity against applicable venue requirements.
Protect the service route
A service vehicle cannot use a lane that becomes a market aisle or emergency route without coordination. Agree when maintenance can occur and who controls access. Temporary barriers, signs and lighting should make the restroom area easier to use without blocking doors or accessible approaches.
Plan for changes and the final clear-out
Assign a contact for depleted supplies, equipment issues or unexpected demand. Report problems with the unit location and practical details so the provider can assess them. After the public leaves, keep collection access available until pickup is confirmed.
