For a crew, describe the working day
Provide the expected workforce, overlapping shifts and any temporary increase in subcontractors. Explain whether permanent facilities remain available and how far workers must travel to reach them. The site’s responsible party should check applicable workplace requirements as part of the plan.
For an event, describe the busiest interval
Share expected attendance, how long guests stay, programme breaks and food or drink service. Include vendors and staff using facilities before and after public opening. Several areas operating at the same time may need more than one restroom location.
Count only usable existing facilities
Check opening hours, capacity, access and whether other groups share the same restrooms. Do not subtract a nearby building’s facilities from the request unless the venue confirms your users may enter. Discuss accessible facilities separately rather than treating them as an afterthought.
Connect quantity with servicing
Additional units and additional servicing address different problems. A longer rental needs a supply and maintenance plan as well as an initial count. Ask the rental team to review the full picture; this page intentionally provides no universal calculator or compliance guarantee.
