Explain access control and the work area
Tell the rental team whether visitors need check-in, an escort or a designated unloading point. Share the relevant process through an appropriate private channel. Do not put sensitive security information in public-facing notes or URL parameters.
Plan around shifts and shutdowns
Identify the number of people using the facilities at one time, shift overlaps and any temporary shutdown of indoor restrooms. A maintenance outage may need extra facilities for a limited phase without changing the whole site’s ongoing arrangement.
Separate pedestrian use from vehicle activity
Choose a location that people can reach without crossing avoidable loading or turning conflicts. The provider must also be able to service the equipment. Discuss the proposed position with the facility’s responsible safety and operations staff before confirming it.
Keep responsibilities clear
Ask who approves equipment changes, meets service vehicles and receives issue reports. Site-specific hazards or specialist requirements must be evaluated by the appropriate professionals; a general portable restroom description is not approval for a hazardous location. Confirm the available equipment and its suitability for the actual setting.
