Discuss routine use and the busiest periods
Give a realistic daily user count, working hours and any days with higher attendance. Explain whether the equipment supports a worksite, a seasonal activity or a temporary loss of indoor restrooms. These details help the provider review quantity and servicing.
Keep a dependable maintenance route
Identify who can grant access on service days. A gate that was open at delivery may later be locked, and storage or parked vehicles may block the approach. Include access checks in the site’s regular routine and notify the provider before the route changes.
Understand the actual billing period
Ask how the rental period is defined in your proposal and when recurring charges apply. Do not assume a calendar month, a particular number of days or automatic prorating. Review the treatment of added units, extra visits and early collection before agreeing.
Request extensions and pickup clearly
Keep the expected end date under review, especially when construction schedules change. Ask for an extension before the agreed period expires. When facilities are no longer needed, request collection and confirm access; simply stopping use does not establish that the rental has ended.
