Describe the calendar in practical terms
Tell the team which days the site opens, when staff arrive and whether special dates draw a larger crowd. If the equipment remains on the property between activities, explain who is responsible for access and supervision during closed periods.
Review the setup before attendance increases
A modest opening day may not represent the busiest part of the season. Ask when quantity or servicing should be reviewed and how additional equipment would be requested. Do not assume changes can be accommodated without notice or confirmation.
Keep supplies and surroundings usable
Check handwashing supplies, access routes and the condition of the area around the equipment. Report concerns to the provider rather than improvising cleaning chemicals or moving a unit without guidance. Discuss weather-related changes to the site before they compromise access.
Agree the end-of-season handover
Clarify how recurring charges and collection are handled in the actual agreement. Arrange pickup before gates, staffing or storage layouts change for the off-season. Keep the final collection confirmation with the rental records.
