Use dates alone may not describe the full rental
An event lasting a few hours may have a limited setup window the day before. A home repair might finish before collection is practical. Explain those differences so the proposed rental period covers the real arrangement.
Choose the simplest suitable equipment
Start with who needs the restroom, existing facilities and accessibility. Compare a standard unit with upgraded options only where the features serve a real need. If handwashing is required, include it explicitly rather than assuming it is built into every toilet.
Prepare a position that can be reached twice
Delivery and pickup both need a usable entrance and stable approach. Confirm that cars, temporary fencing or event furniture will not block the equipment after use. If no one will be on site, agree acceptable placement instructions with the provider in advance.
Read the quote before confirming
Ask about included visits, timing, collection, cancellation and changes. We do not publish a universal minimum rental or guaranteed same-day availability. The provider must review the equipment, address and requested dates before accepting the booking.
