Start with the venue’s existing facilities
Ask which restrooms are included in your booking and whether they remain available during setup, the reception and cleanup. Count the wedding party, vendors and staff as well as invited guests. Explain the full length of use, not only the ceremony time.
Choose the experience and confirm the model
Compare standard, upgraded and trailer options against your priorities and site restrictions. Ask for the actual features of the proposed unit; decorative descriptions do not establish flushing, sinks, climate control or access arrangements. Make room for accessible facilities in the same plan.
Keep equipment access separate from guest arrival
Tell the provider when the venue allows deliveries and who will meet them. The intended restroom location should remain reachable after marquees, floral installations and seating arrive. If a trailer needs utilities, have those requirements agreed with the venue before the wedding week.
Decide who handles changes on the day
Give a coordinator or other responsible contact the agreed service and support details. Discuss additional attendance or schedule changes before they affect the rental. Confirm the collection window with the property manager so equipment is not left behind a newly locked entrance.
